Chef Colin Cook is the executive vegan/raw food chef of the 4th Generation Organic Market in Boca Raton, FL. He is a 4th generation vegetarian who was born &raised in an alternative naturopathic lifestyle. Being introduced to whole food-based cooking at an early age, he decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts, and the study of unorthodox nutrition.
After years working in a conventional restaurant, Colin became very interested in the benefits of raw food nutrition as he studied & apprenticed with several very accomplished raw food/vegan chefs. This transformed Colin's path toward nutritionally healing the mind & body with a raw vegan diet. His entertaining & informative raw food demos have become popular at many venues throughout South Florida.
